RhinoBot is built by Lonnie Welch and Morgan Mack — a husband-and-wife team of local marketers who've spent the last two decades helping small businesses grow. We built RhinoBot because we watched too many great local operators lose business to missed calls, unanswered chats, and invisible reputations. Here's who we are, and why we built this.
Lonnie has spent over a decade running marketing campaigns for local businesses — from home service operators to local retail to youth sports organizations. He leads the growth, strategy, and AI systems work at RhinoBot. Austin native. Multi-venture builder. Obsessed with making sure small operators never lose another lead to a missed call.
Morgan is a designer and marketer with deep roots in Central Texas small business. She leads brand, web design, and creative at RhinoBot — making sure every client's voice agent, chat, and review system sounds like them and looks like them. She's the reason RhinoBot doesn't feel like just another AI product.
We've been marketers for 20 combined years. In that time, we've watched hundreds of great local businesses pour money into Google Ads and LSAs — and then lose those expensive leads to missed calls, after-hours voicemails, and forgotten review requests.
